Our customer wanted a maintenance free room.
A screened patio that would provide protection from mosquitoes. We know
they will enjoy this beautiful  three season addition to their home.
This open concrete deck needed
some protection from the weather.
After finding out our customer's
needs, we decided to go with a wood
framed structure.
Here is the framing going up. Notice the
solid structure just like house framing
not a patio enclosure. This adds re-sale
value to your home.

a totally maintenance free room.
